Requirements: • 2–3 years of real estate sales experience with a proven record of success. • Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in real estate recruitment. • Knowledge of the systems and models of Keller Williams is required. Position Details: Location: In-office role at: 3290 N Ridge Rd, Ste. 150, Ellicott City, MD 21043 (Must live within a 20-minute commute) Compensation: Base salary of $85,000/year, plus commission tied to growth milestones. Total earning potential: $200,000–$250,000 annually. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Unlimited PTO, and Paid Holidays. You can demonstrate your influence through a track record of recruitment and leadership in previous roles. Aligned with the OP’s vision, you’ll play a key role in achieving Keller Williams' Growth Initiative standards and meeting market center goals. Responsibilities: • Conduct 30 recruiting appointments monthly to achieve gross 6 and net 3 growth targets by the end of 2024. • Leverage KW tools, tech, and training to attract and retain top associates. • Consult monthly with the top 20% producers to increase profitability and meet the market center’s owner profit goals. • Drive attendance and engagement for market center training programs, including Ignite and BOLD. • Lead weekly 4-1-1 accountability sessions. • Manage and grow the Associate Leadership Council (ALC) in productivity and profitability. • Monitor and report key metrics using KW systems, including GroupMe. • Research competitors and develop strategic plans for business prospecting and marketing. • Promote and maintain Keller Williams’ culture in every interaction. • Actively utilize KW’s marketing and tech stack, including the Command platform. • Attend and engage in training events such as KW Family Reunion, Mega Camp, and other company functions. • Read key Keller Williams texts (MREA, The ONE Thing, Shift) annually. • Handle other projects assigned by leadership. Qualifications: • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills. • Strong leadership and team management capabilities. • Effective goal-setting, planning, and accountability strategies. • Demonstrated expertise in recruitment and career development processes. • Consistent record of top-producing sales success. • Comprehensive understanding of the residential real estate market.
