This is not your typical desk job – you’ll be out in the field leading from the front, recruiting and mentoring a team of door-to-door sales representatives. Key Responsibilities

Recruit and Build a Winning Team: Attract, hire, and onboard top-performing door-to-door sales reps who share our drive and core values.

Lead by Example: Knock doors alongside your team, demonstrating best practices in prospecting, pitching, and closing sales in residential neighborhoods.

Coach and Develop: Train and mentor your sales team with effective techniques for customer engagement, overcoming objections, and product knowledge. Set clear sales goals and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help each rep excel.

Drive Sales Campaigns: Plan and execute targeted door-to-door sales campaigns across the Portland metro area. Coordinate team schedules and territories for maximum coverage and impact.

Performance Management: Track team and individual performance metrics closely. Celebrate wins, address challenges with quick problem-solving, and adjust strategies to exceed sales targets.

Cultivate Team Culture: Foster a positive, high-energy team environment built on integrity, accountability, and support. Keep your team motivated with regular meetings, recognition for achievements, and team-building events.

Qualifications

Sales & Leadership Experience: Proven success in sales (door-to-door/outside sales strongly preferred) and team leadership or recruitment roles.

Leadership Skills: Inspiring coach and motivator who can lead a team to hit ambitious goals. You know how to bring out the best in others.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You’re confident speaking with customers and guiding your team members with clear, constructive feedback.

Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities – from planning sales routes to scheduling interviews – without missing a beat.

Hands-On Attitude: Willingness to work in the field daily, knock on doors, and lead from the front in all sales activities. You wouldn’t ask your team to do anything you aren’t willing to do yourself.

Competitive & Driven: A self-starter with a competitive mindset. You thrive on challenges, set high standards for yourself and your team, and have a drive to exceed targets.
