Responsibilities: • Recognize and adhere to quality requirements for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products, as well as correct storage and waste management • Wash, cut, dice, chop, and slice food items to stock prep stations • Clean equipment and work surfaces at the end of each shift, including sweeping floors, mopping, and cleaning counters • Clean and sanitize all workstations, including counters, utensils, cooking equipment, and the refrigerator, in accordance with health and safety regulations • Control the grill and cook the food in accordance with the directions on the meal order slips or in verbal instructions Qualifications: • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers • Must be able to meet all safety and sanitation requirements of kitchen equipment and food storage • Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic • Must have excellent time-management skills and be able to prioritize and multitask • We prefer some experience working in the fast food or quick service restaurant industry Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
