Team Member Front of House Night Shift - Part-time
Work with the Leadership Team in pursuit of excellence in Front of House (FOH) Operations (to include Drive Thru). Specifically this role is to serve as a leader, mentor, and ambassador for the FOH Team ensuring that Chick-fil-A Reisterstown is successful in the following areas:
Front of House Operations to include drive thru operations
Leadership and Personal Development of Front of House Team
Vision and Service Model compliance throughout all areas of oversight
General Responsibilities:
Develop a restaurant culture that encourages the following: A culture of food safety, product knowledge, leadership, stewardship, hospitality, generosity, and excitement. Incorporate this into training, ongoing development, communications, and everyday culture
Maintain vision alignment with the Operator and the Leadership Team
Ensure stewardship systems are taking place throughout the restaurant
Develop leaders in such a way that they are operating as a motivated, high performance team that embodies the vision of Chick-fil-A Reisterstown
Create a center of excellence for area of responsibility by creating, leading, and implementing systems that will be the standard for innovation, which will produce a high performance team for Chick-fil-A Reisterstown
Oversee speed of service, hospitality, and completion of goals within FOH
Follow all Chick-fil-A Reisterstown standards and procedures - Ensure and coach Team Members/Leaders to consistently follow all Chick-fil-A Reisterstown processes and procedures
Work with the Operator and Leadership Team during hiring process, completing resume screening, interviews, and reference checks as necessary
Create, maintain, and approve all schedule and shift changes among FOH Team Members - Ensure that leaders are finding appropriate coverage for call-offs and no shows
Perform discipline for actions that do not meet Chick-fil-A Reisterstown standards and execute discipline documentation for all team members who fail to meet expectations
Drive sales growth mentality and encourage creativity and innovation throughout the business

Specific Experience:
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
Required: Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Experience as a leader within food service operations
