    Our front-of-the-house team members interacts with customers, prepare, and package customer orders, and prepare our side dishes.

    Candidates for this position must be personable, with a talent for administering customer service. Fast food cashiers manage all monetary exchanges in the restaurant by taking orders and ringing up transactions, serve as a liaison between the customer, the managerial staff, and the kitchen staff, and keep the front area of the restaurant clean and well stocked.

    Essential Responsibilities

    Greats Guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments.

    Prepares and packages food and drink products.

    Transfers orders to the kitchen to ensure their preparation.

    Monitors orders and ensures their prompt delivery.

    Helps package food in boxes and bags.

    Helps cook food and otherwise works in the kitchen, when necessary.

    Up-sells in-store promotions, when applicable.

    Listens to and resolves customer complaints, suggestions, and inquiries.

    Keep the counter and dining area neat and clean.

    Sweeps and mops the floor regularly.

    Restock napkins, straws, lids, and other supplies in the dining area.

    Labeling and stocking ingredients.

    Cleaning dishes, washing cooking utensils and cookware, taking out the trash and sanitizing the kitchen

    Inventories supplies and goods with the supervising manager, when necessary.

    Takes money from customers and provides correct change.

    Processes credit card and debit card transactions.

    Keeps track of a cash drawer and ensures it is balanced at the end of the shift.

    Qualifications and Skills

    Must be at least 18 years of age.

    Demonstrates strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

    Ability to interact in a positive and professional with Guests and coworkers.

    Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations.

    Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    Physical Demands

    Be able to stand during the entire work shift to serve customers, and prepare and or cook food.

    Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions.

    Be able to lift 25 pounds of force frequently.

    Ability to carry products/ boxes weighing no more than 60 pounds.
