We are seeking a skilled and proactive Marketing/Operations Manager to join our team. This position requires a versatile professional who can handle IT and backend website issues, provide operational support, and contribute to our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, creativity in marketing, and the ability to work independently or on-site as needed. Responsibilities: • Manage and troubleshoot IT or backend website issues, as well as address agent-related concerns. • Provide day-to-day technical support and resolve operational challenges. • Create and manage marketing materials using tools like Canva and other marketing applications. • Maintain and update SharePoint and Microsoft-based systems. • Collaborate with the team to implement marketing strategies and operational improvements. • Ensure smooth operations by addressing daily business needs efficiently. Qualifications: • Strong computer skills with the ability to handle technical issues and backend systems effectively. • Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft tools. • Experience with Canva or a willingness to learn and adapt to marketing platforms and tools. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Flexibility to work on-site as needed, with the ability to work independently when remote. Compensation: $16 - 20 hourly
