    Job Description

    The Team Sellors Agency has seen significant growth in the North Texas area over the past several years including during 2020 and we are seeking motivated candidates to continue that growth.  We are hiring for Benefits Consultants that are driven and coachable, but prefer individuals who want to move up quickly into management.  We have structured systems and processes in place to guarantee success in this lucrative career. 

    As a Benefits Consultant, you will be assigned to a Supervising Manager who will ensure your success and give you hands-on one on one training.  You will be assisting with communications on behalf of the company and managing the direct needs of our clients through a needs-based approach.

    Responsibilities of a Benefits Consultant:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
    • Schedule appointments to meet with potential clients in an office setting.
    • Develop and calculate suitable plans based on client's needs.
