    Job Overview:

    As a Tech Lead focusing on front-end development, your responsibilities will include establishing a new engineering team from the ground up and supporting their career growth. You will be tasked with building and managing a team of front-end or full-stack engineers, ensuring you provide mentorship to junior team members and technical support to the entire team. Your role involves delivering technical leadership to foster high-performing teams within the organization, emphasizing the importance of effective front-end solutions. Regular communication with business teams will be a key part of your role, as you contribute to technical decisions that influence various projects and products. Additionally, your in-depth understanding of supply chain business processes will enable you to collaborate effectively with your team, working to enhance the user experience and optimize the performance of related systems and platforms. The Tech Lead will also perform other job duties as assigned

    Experience Requirements:

    • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering and development.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing or leading a software engineering team, including providing technical guidance and fostering team growth.
    • Proficient in software programming with a strong track record of good code design and adherence to high coding standards.
    • Extensive knowledge of data structures, algorithm design and analysis, and networking principles.
    • Practical experience with front-end libraries and frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or other similar technologies.
    • Skilled in addressing and resolving CSS/JavaScript cross-browser compatibility issues and optimizing front-end performance.
    • Familiar with at least one programming language from Java, Golang, Python, or C++, and knowledgeable in using common databases and messaging frameworks, including MySQL, Redis, Kafka, etc.
    • Experience with full-stack development is considered an asset.
    • Excellent abilities in software design and problem-solving.
