    Job Overview:

    As a Tech Lead Manager specializing in front-end software development, your primary responsibilities will involve establishing and nurturing a new engineering team from the ground up, with a strong emphasis on career development for each member. You will take charge of building and managing a team of front-end or full-stack engineers, offering essential mentorship to junior members and providing ongoing technical support to the team. Your role will also encompass providing technical leadership, aiming to cultivate high-performing teams within the organization. Regular communication with business teams will be a key aspect of your role, as you contribute to making critical technical decisions that impact various projects and products. Additionally, you will leverage your in-depth understanding of the supply chain business to collaborate effectively with your team, working towards enhancing the user experience and performance of related systems and platforms. Also the Tech Lead Manager will perform other job duties as assigned.

    Experience Requirements:

    • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering and development.
    • Proven experience in managing or leading a software engineering team, including providing technical leadership and mentorship.
    • Strong programming skills with a demonstrated ability to write clean, well-designed code following best practices.
    • In-depth knowledge of data structures, algorithm design, and analysis, as well as networking principles.
    • Proficiency with front-end libraries and frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or other similar technologies.
    • Skilled in addressing CSS/JavaScript cross-browser compatibility issues and optimizing front-end performance.
    • Familiarity with at least one programming language from Java, Golang, Python, or C++, and experience with common databases and messaging frameworks like MySQL, Redis, Kafka, etc.
    • Experience with full-stack development is advantageous.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong capabilities in software design.
