Breakout Games provides a real-life escape room adventure for small groups. We are located in Lexington, Kentucky with an aggressive growth plan to new open games in multiple states during the next several months. Breakout Games is the largest escape game company in the US with 38 locations. Our business model is simple – provide a great environment for a group of friends, family, or coworkers to escape from the room before time runs out. This includes solving puzzles, cracking codes, finding hidden items, and more in order to escape. Our core values are “do good” – “be better” – “have fun”.

We are looking for a full-time hourly electronics technician to help technical operations at Breakout Games. This is an entry-level position and will primarily involve the production of electronics panel assemblies. We're looking for a candidate that is very detailed and takes pride in producing quality, dependable work. The position requires that you be interested in electronics and be decently tech savvy, but doesn't require any specialized experience. We will provide training for your duties. Additionally, the position may require offering technical support.

Requirements:

Good motor skills and the ability to do fine assembly

Interested in technology and electronics

Some travel will be required

Capable of working independently to a production schedule

Able to adapt and produce under tight, sometimes shifting deadlines

Advanced problem solving skills

Possess exceptional interpersonal skills

CNC and/or laser cutter experience

Familiar with shipping documents

Training others

Position will be 40 hours per week, paid hourly in Lexington, KY at Breakout HQ.
