Our company is currently seeking ​a Financial and Bookkeeping Assistant For IT Company to join our team!  Our business is growing fast and we are looking for a financial assistant to help us keep track of our sales on eBay, Amazon and other marketplaces. We are seeking an individual who is passionate and gets excited about finance, accounting, ecommerce, analytics, PPC, marketing and IT equipment! We are looking for a detail-oriented, hard-working, self-motivated individual who can help us bring the company to the next level. This position requires attention to detail, an analytical mind and accurate data entry. We utilize Quickbooks Online which is a breeze to learn and use.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enter purchase orders and invoices
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Reconcile transactions and accounts
• Provide basic order processing and customer service tasks when needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous general experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP and reconciling accounts
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

This is a full-time position but we encourage part-time applicants that are a cut above the rest to apply. This position could be a perfect fit for a college student who can work 20+ hours a week. We can be flexible with the work hours and are located in Suwanee, GA.
