What You’ll Do:
Act as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring their technical needs are met effectively.
Proactively identify ways to improve client systems and infrastructure to optimize performance.
Conduct regular check-ins with customers, gathering feedback to drive enhancements in products and services.
Partner with the Service Desk Manager to address client inquiries and support needs.
Provide technical training and guidance, helping clients maximize the value of the company’s services.
Work cross-functionally to develop technical roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
3-4+ years of experience in a client-facing, technical account management, or IT sales role.
Strong technical background in security, server administration, cloud computing, and Mac/Windows environments.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to build relationships and advocate for client needs.
Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
Self-starter mindset with a passion for technology and client success.
BS in Computer Science or a related field preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
