We are looking for a passionate Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our growing team.

    Role Overview:

    As a Technical Account Manager at Lifesight, you will act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for our clients, helping them derive the most value from our products and services. You will leverage your technical expertise to ensure seamless product implementation, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and support our clients in optimizing their campaigns. You will be a key player in building and maintaining long-term, successful relationships with clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Onboarding & Integration: Lead the technical onboarding process and ensure seamless platform integrations with client systems.

    Technical Support: Provide prompt troubleshooting and resolve technical issues related to platform functionality and data.

    Data Integrations: Ensure smooth integration of Lifesight's platform with clients' systems through data integrations

    Platform Monitoring: Monitor and troubleshoot data discrepancies and technical issues, ensuring consistent platform performance.

    Client Training: Deliver technical training to clients for maximizing platform usage and resolving issues independently.

    Feature Testing & Rollout: Assist in testing new features, ensuring they meet client needs, and provide feedback for future product improvements.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

    3+ years of experience in a technical account management or customer success role, preferably in a SaaS environment.

    Strong understanding of digital advertising, marketing analytics, and data measurement tools.

    Experience with campaign management platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other major ad networks.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.

    Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

    Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

    Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
