Technical Account Representative- Job Description
We are currently seeking a Technical Account Representative. The right candidate will have fundamentals to achieve ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. If you have an outgoing personality and a genuine interest in sales to work to create lasting partnerships and close sales strategically then we want to speak with you! Responsibilities
• Utilize research methods to obtain potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources • Learn to build pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales • Close on sales and work with client through closing process • Establish the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate products. • Explain complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable. • Follow up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise. • Keep customers informed about new technological products. • Compile proposals and reports related to technical products. • Ensure that sales targets are consistently met. • Report to management about sales made. • Update records of customer communications and contact information
Technical Account Representative Requirements
• Willingness to learn persuasive language to close on sales • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor • Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories • Self-motivated and self-directed • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • The ability to identify and follow up on leads. • Exceptional skills in selling products and closing deals. • Excellent presentation skills and a professional appearance • A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel extensively • A bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field • A minimum of 2 years of sales or marketing experience
