    Technical Account Representative - Job Description

    We are currently seeking a Technical Account Representative. The right candidate will have fundamentals to achieve ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. If you have an outgoing personality and a genuine interest in sales to work to create lasting partnerships and close sales strategically then we want to speak with you! This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience or further advance their skills in a sales environment.     Responsibilities

    • Utilize research methods to obtain potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources • Learn to build pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales • Close on sales and work with client through closing process • Establish the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate products. • Explain complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable. • Follow up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise. • Keep customers informed about new technological products. • Compile proposals and reports related to technical products. • Ensure that sales targets are consistently met. • Report to management about sales made. • Update records of customer communications and contact information

    Technical Account Representative Requirements

    • Willingness to learn persuasive language to close on sales • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor • Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories • Self-motivated and self-directed • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • The ability to identify and follow up on leads. • Exceptional skills in selling products and closing deals. • Excellent presentation skills and a professional appearance • Ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate the specifications and benefits of IT products and services to customers. • 1-3 Years of sales experience is desired but not required
