  • Responsibilities

    Position Overview:

    Ensures all equipment in facility is processed and placed in its required location.

     

    Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

    • Uses electronic scanning equipment to log equipment into inventory system.
    • Test and Audit the inventory/product received from the clients
    • Processes, sorts, and deconstructs equipment, which includes the manual disassembly of electronic equipment and putting those components in a specified container.
    • Operates a pallet jack including building and maneuvering equipment on pallets.
    • Maintains the physical security protocols we have in place
    • Maintains the operating condition of workstation tools and machinery used to execute primary functions.
    • Assists the activities of the warehouse staff to ensure a positive and efficient work experience.
    • Maintains the cleanliness and overall appearance of workstations.
    • Attends and participates in monthly operations meetings.
    • Deliver equipment to annex offices including locally as well as Cleveland, OH.
    • Collect required delivery documents/signatures required.
    • Complete logs and reports.
    • Follow regulations and safety standards.
    • May operate dolly, pallet jack, cardboard crusher and/or forklift in loading and unloading supplies and equipment.
    • Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate company delivery vehicle (box truck, van) to deliver shipment as requested.

    Key Outcomes of the Position:

    Material is processed to meet SLA’s and accurate information is maintained in system of record.

    While driving, this individual will conduct themselves professionally and expediently, reliably and safely deliver products to our customers. They will consistently follow documented processes to maintain a high degree of quality in work product and customer satisfaction. All assigned work must be completed in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

    Experience and Educational Requirement:

    High School diploma or general education degree (GED)

    Related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Valid Driver's License and good driving record (less than 6 points on license to adhere to insurance requirements).

    Proven working experience as a delivery driver operating a 26-foot box truck

    Ability to operate vehicles in a variety of weather and traffic conditions.

     

    Qualifications:

    This is a hands-on entry-level position that will provide MCPc a dedicated individual to support team workload. While existing warehouse and safety certifications are preferred, they are not required. The individual will be expected to pursue the appropriate certifications or training as detailed by immediate supervisor within the first year of employment.

     

    Physical Requirements:

    Occasional sitting, stooping/crouching, regular walking, standing, pulling/pushing, carrying, lifting up to 40lbs., grasping, reaching, clarity of vision, driving van/box truck, and rare climbing & crawling. The mental requirements of this job include general intelligence; motor coordination skills; coordination of the eyes, hands and feet; verbal intelligence and number intelligence. Ability to read printed words and numbers in printed form and on computer/terminal monitor, focusing on and operating a computer several times a day. Daily sitting, focusing on and operating a personal computer or terminal keyboard to enter data for over 60 minutes at a time.

    Warehouse environment; exposure to heat and cold (equivalent to outside temperatures); dust, pollen, fumes (as in normal outside environment); noise. 

     

    Regular attendance and punctuality are an essential job function of this position. In addition, the duties of this job need to be performed inside of our offices (unless authorized due to extraordinary circumstances by your manager and Human Resources) for the purpose of interaction and collaboration with colleagues and/or clients as necessary, the ability to adequately supervise the associate, and/or the availability of necessary equipment utilized for regular job functions. MCPc allows four pre-approved work at home days annually.
