Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team working with a large enterprise client, responsible for bridging the gap between technical capabilities and business needs. This role covers a range of responsibilities, including data analysis, dashboard creation, testing, and Salesforce administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Visualization (50%):
Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases.
Develop pivot tables for data summarization.
Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for data visualization.
Perform VLOOKUPs and other data operations to support business needs.
Business Analysis & Testing (50%):
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
Create process diagrams and workflow diagrams based on business requirements.
Run testing scripts, identify bugs, and ensure the quality of the final product.
Perform Salesforce administrative tasks, including setup, customization, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong technical skills in SQL, Tableau, and data analytics.
Experience with Salesforce administration and testing.
Proficiency in pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and other Excel functions.
Excellent business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Experience in testing and quality assurance, particularly within Salesforce environments.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in small to medium-sized companies.
Previous experience in a Product Manager or Business Analyst role.
Certification in Salesforce or Tableau is a plus.
