  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a consultant to support the initial planning phase of several upcoming courses for recent CS graduates and professionals in the workplace. The consultant will focus on leveraging industry expertise to shape content strategies and course designs that prepare learners for practical, real-world applications in technical and business contexts. Our ideal candidate has strong communication skills, subject matter expertise, practical experience, and preferably training/teaching/writing skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Advise on content for courses covering Technical Business Analyst Fundamentals with topics such as requirements gathering, process modeling, technical documentation, and project execution within a Scrum framework.

    • Suggest projects and hands-on activities that enhance learners’ practical skills in eliciting requirements, data modeling, prototyping, and testing methodologies.

    • Collaborate with the instructional design team to define learning objectives, activities, and course milestones.

    • Provide guidance on integrating core competencies of a Technical Business Analyst, Agile and Scrum principles, and stakeholder consulting skills into the curriculum.

    • Participate in discussions on curriculum direction for future technical business analysis courses.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with expertise in data analysis, and stakeholder management for IT and software development projects.

    • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) in technical environments.

    • Preferred experience designing or teaching technical business analysis concepts to a professional audience.

    • Strong ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into structured learning materials.

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working alongside development teams, product managers, and business stakeholders.
