    Position Overview

    The Technical Consultant (TC) at The ANTi is a core member of The ANTi-FARM Managed Services, responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying robust ServiceNow solutions for our clients. Leveraging technical expertise and practical experience, the TC collaborates closely with customers and the Technical Success Managers to lead them toward scalable, sustainable solutions aligned with their business goals.

    This role is ideal for someone who combines hands-on technical proficiency with strategic thinking and thrives in a client-focused environment. The TC will engage in meaningful interactions, delivering exceptional value across our Managed Services Clients. We're looking for someone who brings energy, problem-solving magic, and a commitment to excellence.

    What We're Looking For

    • ServiceNow Expertise: Be a ServiceNow Certified Implementer or Developer with proven experience in development, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Technical Solution Development: Design and implement tailored ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements, best practices, and service tier specifications.
    • Documentation & Reporting: Document configurations, reports, and development work; maintain comprehensive solution documentation for both clients and internal teams. Maintain and update personal work queue.
    • Client Collaboration: Engage clients in hands-on testing scenarios and plans, provide effective demonstrations, and educate them on solutions to drive adoption and value.
    • Agile Project Participation: Participate in story grooming, pointing sessions, stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives, providing technical insight and aligning on project requirements.
    • Solution Guidance & Code Promotion: Actively participate in code promotion activities, solution demonstrations, and cutover planning to ensure seamless client delivery.
    • Continuous Improvement: Support The ANTi's initiatives to refine methodologies and service offerings, staying curious and committed to learning new approaches.
    • Team Collaboration & Knowledge Transfer: Collaborate closely with teammates to deliver solution guidance, provide well-prepared demonstrations, and lead knowledge transfer sessions for client stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Experience: 2-8 years of proven experience in IT services/consulting with 2-6 years in ServiceNow development, configuration, or maintenance.
    • Public Trust Clearance: Clearance is needed for federal projects, and experience in similar environments is a plus.
    • Technical Skills: Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow, including HRSD/CSM/ITSM experience, as well as a solid foundation in technical consultant methodologies and principles.
    • Educational Background: BS Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
    • Team Spirit: An adaptable mindset that values collaboration and working toward collective goals.
    • Curiosity & Humility: A drive to learn continuously, staying humble while hustling hard to deliver value.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), other similar certifications are a plus.
    • Agile Familiarity: Experience with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and client-facing project support in a managed services environment.
    • ServiceNow HRSD/CSM/ITSM Experience: Specialized expertise in ServiceNow HRSD, CSM, and/or ITSM is highly valued.
