    Overview Remarcable is looking for a Technical Content & Learning Specialist to create clear, engaging, and user-centric documentation and training resources. This role blends technical writing, instructional design, and process analysis to support internal teams and external users. You’ll transform complex workflows into content that empowers users, drives efficiency, and supports product adoption.

    What You’ll Do

    Documentation & Content Development

    Create and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, user guides, training materials, and FAQs.

    Ensure content is clear, accurate, and aligned with Remarcable’s brand and usability standards.

    Develop supporting visuals like infographics, diagrams, and flowcharts to enhance user understanding.

    Learning Design & User Enablement

    Apply learning design principles to create instructional content that supports employee onboarding and customer training.

    Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and build resources that drive adoption and confidence.

    Process Analysis & Knowledge Capture

    Partner with SMEs, product teams, and operational staff to document workflows, systems, and procedures.

    Translate technical processes into step-by-step instructions that are easy to follow and maintain.

    Content Management & Quality Control

    Maintain a centralized, organized content library with proper version control and easy access.

    Regularly audit and update content based on system changes, feedback, and new releases.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    Work with internal teams to gather feedback and improve content usability.

    Support training efforts by providing supplemental documentation, visual aids, and instructional materials.

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience

    Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    3+ years of experience in technical documentation, content design, or learning development.

    Experience documenting technical processes or enterprise systems is strongly preferred.

    Tools & Skills

    Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.

    Proficiency with tools like Confluence, Adobe FrameMaker, or MadCap Flare.

    Ability to create visual content using Visio, Lucidchart, or Adobe Creative Suite.

    Familiarity with LMS and eLearning tools like Articulate, Captivate, or Camtasia.

    Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

    Bonus Points For:

    Experience with Agile workflows or development environments.

    Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.

    Background in construction, distribution, or SaaS industries.

    Salary: $58,000–$70,000
