Qualifications
Position Objectives
• The Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing quality telephone support to our customers, both internal and external to Client. Supporting calls from different business offerings within the Hawaii Operations.
• They provide remote customer assistance using telephone diagnostics software for technical problems.
• They ensure Quality by following Client Call / System processes
• Key Accountabilities
• Answer customer service calls in a friendly and professional manner.
• Input customer information into a computerized data base.
• Oversees the Call Activity in the Center. Takes ownership in closing the loop on issues. Work closely with the Service Scheduling Specialist to deliver quality level of service to our customers.
• Place in CRU /Supply / Will Call orders for our customers.
Additional Information
Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
