Job Title: Technical Field Representative

Location: Home Office (Travel Required 50% of the Time)

Job Summary:      We are seeking a Technical Field Representative to join our team. This role will be primarily based from a home office but requires 50% travel across a diverse territory including Arizona, California, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, and Hawaii. The position involves collaborating with various teams to support applicator training, ensure adherence to product installation procedures, and manage risk related to product application and installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the National Technical Field Manager, Technical Field Supervisor, Site Quality Control Manager, and Sales teams.
• Conduct applicator training and oversee product installation on-site, ensuring compliance with current policies and procedures.
• Manage risk associated with product application and installation effectively.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity in interactions with architects, building owners, contractors, and construction workers.
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on roofing or relevant industry experience.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask.
• High integrity and professionalism.
• Valid driver’s license and passport.
• Ability to undergo intensive annual training to stay updated on client products, policy changes, and site quality control issues.
