    Are you an experienced SAP FICO professional with strong technical and functional expertise? Do you thrive in a global, fast-paced environment, solving complex business challenges with SAP solutions?

    We are looking for a Senior SAP FICO Techno-Functional Consultant to drive the design, implementation, and support of our SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. In this role, you will work closely with global business stakeholders and IT teams to optimize financial processes, integrate new functionalities, and ensure seamless system performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the design, development, and enhancement of SAP FI & CO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury/Banking, Taxes, Asset Accounting, Cost Element and Cost Center Accounting, Cost Controlling, Internal Orders, and Cost-Based Accounting.
    • Act as a trusted advisor for business leaders, translating financial and operational needs into scalable SAP solutions.
    • Drive SAP system improvements , enhancements, and optimizations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FICO with SD, MM, PP, and other SAP modules for end-to-end business process improvements.
    • Provide hands-on technical expertise , including ABAP debugging , configuration, and working with user exits, enhancements, and BAPIs.
    • Partner with global IT teams to streamline business processes, improve system efficiency, and troubleshoot complex issues.
    • Support data migration activities , ensuring seamless data integrity across financial transactions and reporting.
    • Guide and mentor junior team members , fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
    • Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other financial regulatory standards , integrating necessary controls within SAP.
    • Define detailed technical and functional specifications for all developments, ensuring consistency across global financial processes.

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

    • 5+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, including configuration and technical development.
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Ability to travel as needed within Americas region and worldwide (0-10%)
    • Solid ABAP debugging skills and familiarity with SAP development tools.
    • Experience integrating SAP FICO with SD, MM, PP, and other key modules.
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work with global matrix teams across multiple time zones.
    • Exposure to emerging SAP technologies, including AI and automation.
    • SAP Object Oriented Programming.

    • Strong understanding of finance and controlling processes in a multinational environment.
    • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and experience in system upgrades or migrations
    • Knowledge of Fiori, CDS views, BTP, and modern SAP UX technologies
