    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Technical Laborer. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a strong technical background who thrives in a hands-on work environment. Our Technical Laborers are responsible for installing and configuring software on various equipment, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, while also assisting with installing and removing large equipment. This position involves frequent travel across the Midwest, including overnight stays, and requires a clean driving record and the successful completion of a comprehensive background check. Adaptability, reliability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work are essential.

    Job Responsibilities:

    · Install and configure software on various machines

    · Install, move and remove large equipment with precision and attention to detail

    · Travel throughout the Midwest, including occasional overnight stays and after-hours work.

    · Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company standards on-site.

    · Maintain a clean and organized work environment and equipment.

    · Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet project specifications and deadlines.

    · Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

    · Deliver exceptional customer service and address client concerns professionally.

    Qualifications:

    · High school diploma or equivalent required.

    · Proven experience in a skilled labor role with a strong track record of reliability and high-quality workmanship.

    · Ability to drive long distances and stay overnight as needed, with a clean driving record.

    · Successful completion of a comprehensive background check.

    · Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

    · Strong work ethic, with the ability to manage time effectively and balance various tasks.

    · Flexibility to work irregular hours and adapt to changing work conditions.

    · Physical stamina and capability to lift heavy objects.

    · Valid driver’s license.

    · Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings as required.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    Pay: $22 - $32 per hour, with opportunity for overtime and bonuses.

    Schedule:

    · 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday

    · Overtime and weekend work as needed
