    The Technical Manager (TM) holds a vital role within EcoSolar USA, focusing on evaluating fresh market possibilities and spearheading essential residential and commercial projects. Responsible for overseeing the project lifecycle, from initial technical sales assistance to system setup and activation, the TM acts as the face of EcoSolar USA in client interactions, industry events, and conferences. Proficient in articulating product attributes, advantages, and technical ideas to cater to customer requirements, the TM excels in managing project expectations, supervising project teams, and ensuring seamless progression across all solar installation stages. With sole accountability for designated projects and equipment from inception to completion, the TM is pivotal in delivering quality solar services. Responsibilities: • Oversee all technical aspects of solar installation from site survey to project completion: Ensuring the project is executed correctly from start to finish guarantees high-quality installations and customer satisfaction. • Maintain project schedules and manage resources: Keeping projects on schedule and within budget is crucial for operational efficiency and cost control. • Conduct site safety assessments and lead safety meetings: Prioritizing safety helps prevent accidents and ensures a safe working environment for all team members. • Direct interface with customers on technical and product questions: Providing clear and accurate information to customers builds trust and ensures their needs are met. • Manage subcontractors and ensure quality assurance: Overseeing subcontractors and maintaining quality standards ensures that all work meets company and industry standards. • Troubleshoot PV system performance issues: Quickly identifying and resolving issues maintains system performance and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: • BA/BS degree in Business, Technical, or Science discipline or 7+ years of experience in the clean fuel or energy industry. • Valid electrician license and strong knowledge of the Electric Code and National Electric Code. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the solar or renewable energy industry. • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently. • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and subcontractors. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and familiarity with CRM platforms. Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000
