    Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure AD management, Dynamics CRM, Dynamics Field Services, Learning Management Platform, and NetSuite, ERP)CRM user administration, security operations, and help desk IT support. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our IT infrastructure and applications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Azure AD and Sharepoint Management:

    Manage and maintain Azure Active Directory (AD) environments.

    Implement and oversee AD policies, user access controls, and security settings.

    Monitor and resolve issues related to AD replication, connectivity, and authentication.

    Automate processes for user provisioning and de-provisioning using PowerShell scripts.

    Manage / Admin Sharepoint sites

    Dynamics 365 and NetSuite, user Administration:

    Administer user accounts, permissions, and roles within Dynamics and NetSuite.

    Provide support and troubleshooting for CRM-issues and user queries.

    Ensure data integrity and security within the platforms.

    Security Operations:

    Monitor security alerts, analyze potential threats, and respond to incidents.

    Implement and maintain security measures such as firewalls, antivirus, and encryption.

    Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

    Adhere to compliance standards and best practices for data protection and privacy.

    Help Desk IT Support:

    Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

    Respond to queries either in person, via email, or over the phone.

    Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems and escalate issues as needed.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    3+ years of experience in TechOps or a similar role.

    Strong proficiency with Azure AD and CRM systems.

    Experience with security frameworks and tools.

    Experience in providing help desk IT support.

    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.

    Ideally, this person is base in EST, this is a remote role.
