    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner with deep expertise in databases, SQL queries, API development (including Swagger), and ETL processes within the telecommunications domain. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that product requirements are effectively translated into robust, scalable solutions. This role demands a hands-on leader with proven testing experience, strong data mapping skills, and a passion for driving innovative products in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Product Vision & Roadmap:

    · Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals and technical capabilities.

    · Develop, prioritize, and manage the product backlog in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

     

    Technical Leadership:

    · Provide technical guidance on database architectures, SQL query optimization, API integrations, and ETL processes.

    · Oversee API development and maintenance, ensuring adherence to industry standards using tools such as Swagger.

    · Collaborate closely with developers, data engineers, and QA teams to validate technical requirements and solution designs.

    Stakeholder Management:

    · Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.

    · Gather and document product requirements, ensuring clear and concise communication of technical specifications.

     

    Quality Assurance & Testing:

    · Ensure comprehensive testing strategies are in place, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

    · Validate data mappings and transformation logic within ETL processes to guarantee data integrity.

    Market & Domain Expertise:

    · Leverage in-depth telecommunications domain knowledge to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.

    · Monitor industry developments and apply best practices to enhance product functionality and user experience.

     

    Required Skills & Experience:

    · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    · Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner or in a similar technical leadership role.

    · Strong database knowledge and proficiency in SQL queries.

    · Demonstrated experience with API development and testing, with hands-on experience using Swagger.

    · In-depth understanding of ETL processes, data mapping, and data quality assurance.

    · Solid background in the telecommunications domain, with the ability to navigate complex technical environments.

    · Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    · Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.


    Preferred Qualifications:

    · Prior experience in a telecommunications or data-centric industry.

    · Familiarity with modern API management platforms and cloud-based data solutions.

    · Certifications related to agile methodologies or product ownership (e.g., CSPO, PMI-ACP).
