Position Description/Overview
The Technical Program Manager, Analytics is highly collaborative, monitoring and tracking several Analytic projects and programs across a number of teams. This role will ensure timely execution and performance of tasks, for multiple concurrent projects, working closely with team members to communicate expectations and ensure project requirements, deadlines and schedules are on track and that results meet internal and external client needs. Successful problem-solving skills are a must as this role will help to identify key process and technical barriers and outline potential solutions or alternate pathways to success. Through this work, the Technical Program Manager, Analytics will document automation and quality assurance opportunities, and provide insight to inform allocation of resources, delivery timeframes, and capacity planning.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
