    Position Description/Overview

    • Sphere of Influence - Multiple Analytics Teams across the Enterprise

    The Technical Program Manager, Analytics is highly collaborative, monitoring and tracking several Analytic projects and programs across a number of teams. This role will ensure timely execution and performance of tasks, for multiple concurrent projects, working closely with team members to communicate expectations and ensure project requirements, deadlines and schedules are on track and that results meet internal and external client needs. Successful problem-solving skills are a must as this role will help to identify key process and technical barriers and outline potential solutions or alternate pathways to success. Through this work, the Technical Program Manager, Analytics will document automation and quality assurance opportunities, and provide insight to inform allocation of resources, delivery timeframes, and capacity planning.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery for a number of custom and advanced analytic project types
    • Drive internal process improvements across teams, remove roadblocks, and deliver on high-impact projects with a focus on inclusion, efficiency, performance, and quality
    • Help drive analytic product decisions to align with higher company initiatives. Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases
    • Manage cross-functional analytic programs covering a range of teams and delivery mechanisms
    • Assess business impact, prioritize initiatives and drive accountability in a fast-paced environment through project planning and strong interpersonal skills
    • Maintain an understanding of overall product strategy and platform capabilities to inform analytic delivery potential
    • Build Domain subject matter expertise and stay up-to-date on team analytic deliverables, technologies, platforms, and domain related developments, including AI
    • Communicate project status to Chief Analytics Officer, SVP Integrated Solutions, business unit stakeholders and various key teams around the organization
    • Coordinate with Data Science, Analytics, Consulting, Client Management, Thought Leadership and IT to inform project plan and timing

    Technical Skills

    • Communication experience and experience working with technical and analytics teams to develop systems, solutions, and products.
    • Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
    • Experience working with analytic teams to build and deliver end-to-end customer focused products with technical knowledge of the underlying platforms and technologies.
    • Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • B.S. in Business, Data Analytics, Project Management or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
    • 5+ years of analytics, reporting, or technical product/program management experience.
    • Experience delivering analytic products from inception to delivery.
    • Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership.
    • Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.

    The expected base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
