    Job Title: Technical Project Manager (Federal Project-FDA) Location: [Remote/Hybrid] Job Type: [Full-time] Clearance Required: Public trust clearance ` Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager with experience managing federal projects to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and engineering initiatives within the public sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in federal compliance, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and agile methodologies while ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Project Planning & Execution: o Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of technical projects for federal agencies. o Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. o Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies. • Stakeholder & Client Management: o Serve as the primary point of contact for federal agency clients, ensuring project goals align with agency needs. o Facilitate communication between technical teams, agency representatives, and third-party vendors. o Prepare and deliver project status reports, presentations, and risk assessments. • Compliance & Risk Management: o Ensure adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) guidelines, and other relevant federal standards. o Manage project risks, including security, compliance, and data governance challenges. o Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. • Budget & Resource Management: o Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability. o Coordinate with procurement teams for contract management and vendor selection. • Technical Leadership: o Work closely with developers, engineers, and system architects to implement technical solutions. o Support the deployment of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity initiatives, or software development efforts. o Implement Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies as required by the project. Qualifications & Skills: • Education & Experience: o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). o 5-10 years of project management experience in federal IT or engineering projects. o Experience working with government agencies such as DoD, DHS, VA, or civilian federal agencies. • Certifications (Preferred): o PMP (Project Management Professional) o Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agilist o ITIL, CISSP, or AWS certifications (depending on project domain) • Technical Proficiency: o Familiarity with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GovCloud), cybersecurity frameworks, and federal IT compliance standards. o Experience with JIRA, Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, or other project management tools. o Understanding of Agile, DevSecOps, and system engineering principles. • Other Requirements: o Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance if required. o Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in government proposal writing.
