    Overview

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced franchise integration directory Technical Project Manager to lead our business and systems onboarding initiatives. This role will focus on the successful implementation and adoption of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Fields Services Delivery Management (FSM) Learning Management System (LMS), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of change management principles, and extensive experience in training program development and execution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Management

    Lead and coordinate multiple projects related to systems onboarding and user training.

    Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.

    Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve project objectives.

    Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

    Change Management

    Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during the onboarding of new systems (CRM, FSM, LMS, ERP).

    Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness to identify potential risks and resistance points.

    Collaborate with stakeholders to create comprehensive change management plans, including communication and engagement strategies.

    Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

    Provide leadership and guidance to teams to foster a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.

    Training and Development

    Design and deliver targeted training programs to ensure users are proficient in utilizing new systems (CRM, LMS, ERP).

    Develop training materials, manuals, and resources to support onboarding processes.

    Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars for diverse groups of users.

    Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

    Continuously improve training programs based on user feedback and emerging best practices.

    Stakeholder Collaboration

    Work closely with Technology, HR, and departmental leaders to align change management and training initiatives with organizational goals.

    Serve as a liaison between project teams and end-users to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

    Engage with external vendors and consultants to coordinate training and support services.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

    Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in change management, training, or a related role.

    Proven track record of successful system implementations (CRM, LMS, ERP) within a large organization.

    Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.

    Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.

    Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
