Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Position Overview:
As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll bridge enterprise technology with consumer innovation, transforming how major brands connect with customers through personalized products. Your technical expertise and strategic leadership will influence millions of consumers’ experiences with globally recognized brands in sports equipment and athletic wear.
Initial Focus: Lead a high-impact implementation project for a leading global sports brand, setting the foundation for future client engagements. Success in this role will demand technical precision, exceptional stakeholder management, and composure in high-intensity environments.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll combine technical leadership with project management excellence. Your responsibilities will span the entire project lifecycle, including:
Strategic Planning and Technical Integration
Lead complex enterprise implementations from inception to completion.
Architect integration strategies for e-commerce platforms and backend systems.
Define scope, objectives, and deliverables for multi-phase projects.
Create and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation and timeline management.
Team Leadership and Stakeholder Management
Coordinate across Professional Services, Product, Modeling, Engineering, and Account Management teams.
Build and nurture relationships with enterprise-level clients.
Lead cross-functional teams through technical challenges.
Maintain transparent and efficient communication channels with stakeholders.
Risk and Quality Management
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor project health, proactively addressing issues.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through rigorous testing.
Manage scope changes and their impact on outcomes.
Operational Excellence
Track and manage project budgets with cost-saving strategies.
Coordinate client site visits (10%+ travel required).
Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s required in a technical or related field (two years of experience for each year of schooling can be substituted).
Minimum of five years of SaaS project management experience or directly transferable skills.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent technical knowledge, with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
Demonstrated strong communication and collaboration skills. Comfort working with different teams and large stakeholder groups at various levels of a business.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g.: Jira, Zoho Projects)).
Genuine interest in the complexities of the sporting goods consumer products industry and eCommerce best practices.

Schedule: This is a full-time, exempt position. Our team is global, and hours fluctuate weekly depending on the required load. Be prepared to work some evenings and weekends.
