    Job Description

    We’re looking for a technical project manager to drive successful project execution for enterprise clients. This role requires a proactive, hands-on leader who can manage teams and keep projects on track with minimal oversight. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, are diligent in managing project deliverables, and can take ownership with confidence, we’d love to hear from you!

    About you

    • You have a broad delivery capability that may span strategy, technology, and/or business, with a strong focus on technical implementations or enhancements.
    • You can act as a liaison between developers and business stakeholders.
    • You can mentor junior resources to help them grow as professionals and as future leaders.
    • You have experience in end-to-end delivery of custom and packaged technology solutions.
    • You have experience in compliance and quality assurance regarding various delivery phases (e.g., estimation and scope planning, design and code reviews, test plan development, triage, various testing stages, formal reviews, and signoffs).

    The Logic20/20 Digital Strategy & Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve our clients’ toughest business challenges. You’ll work side-by-side with architects, managers, and engineering consultants to gain a 360-degree perspective of the challenge at hand while contributing your unique perspective to develop innovative solutions.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 5 - 10 years of experience in a technical project manager role.
    • Experience in requirements gathering and taxonomy mapping.
    • Proficient in creating and managing work plans and data feeds.
    • Experience collaborating with technical offshore teams.
    • Strong understanding of and experience in SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum),
    • Proficiency in various PM tools, such as Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working with and/or managing projects related to Azure and/or Snowflake is highly preferred.
    • Experience working tech and/or gaming industry.
    • Previous management experience in a consulting environment.

    Additional Information

    At Logic20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $141,250 - $168,470. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
