    Our client is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join their team in Nashville, TN. 

    My client is a digital branding firm. They're looking for a TPM to help with their automation toolkits. This role will oversee the design, development, implementation, and optimization of automation tools and processes that streamline operations for internal teams and customers.

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of the Instant Automation Toolkit, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, risk mitigation, and team coordination.
    • Automation Development: Identify, prioritize, develop, and implement automation solutions that integrate with existing systems, ensuring measurable efficiency gains and reliable functionality.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary contact for automation initiatives, gathering requirements, providing updates, and training staff and clients on tool usage.
    • Metrics and Reporting: Drive speed to completion (30-day goal) and provide performance insights to leadership while optimizing automation solutions for maximum impact.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 3–5 years of experience managing technology or automation projects and a proven record of on-time, within-budget delivery.
    • Technical Skills: Proficient in automation tools (e.g., Keap, Active Campaign, Asana), CRM systems, workflow automation, and data integration, with basic marketing knowledge as a plus.
    • Core Competencies: Expertise in Agile/Scrum project management, analytical problem-solving, clear communication, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
    • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in consulting, coaching, or branding industries; knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma; and certifications like PMP or CSM.
    • Performance Metrics: Measured by on-time, within-budget project completion, reduced manual workflows, toolkit adoption, and ROI from automation initiatives.
