    Position Overview:

    T12 Technologies, LLC is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team as a PRN (as-needed basis) responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities related to the project's non-functional technical deliverables. This role ensures that all project objectives are met efficiently, within scope, and aligned with business requirements. The individual will provide leadership in identifying issues, mitigating risks, managing stakeholder engagement, and driving technological advancements to support organizational goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Oversight & Risk Management: Identify issues and risks, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and ensure timely issue resolution. Provide up-to-date status reports on project performance and risk factors.

    Stakeholder & Team Management: Facilitate discussions and meetings between State agencies and contractors. Ensure alignment between business and IT teams on future architecture and development goals. Collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams to assess technological impacts and formulate strategies.

    Project Performance & Compliance: Ensure project deliverables are met within scope, budget, and timelines. Define critical project paths, tasks, dates, testing requirements, and acceptance criteria. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project execution.

    Technology Strategy & Enterprise Architecture: Develop and implement strategies for operating systems platforms and architecture. Influence technology and business teams regarding future system architecture. Design Enterprise Architecture, including Infrastructure, Technology, and Applications for integrated enterprise-wide solutions.

    Process Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency while maintaining or improving performance. Provide innovative solutions to optimize technology usage and reduce costs.

    Mentorship & Best Practices Implementation: Mentor architects, developers, and analysts on industry best practices and methodologies. Implement PMI's PMBoK methodologies and artifacts in project management processes.

    Organizational Change Management: Manage projects with organizational change components, working with organizational stakeholders. Support teams in adapting to technological and operational transformations.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    Education:

    Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.

    Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI is required.

    Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification is required.

    Specialized Experience:

    Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management and managing IT-related projects.

    Experience leading at least three (3) successful projects delivered on time and within budget, including a project comparable in size to the State of Maryland’s enterprise-wide implementation.

    At least five (5) years of experience designing Enterprise Architecture (Infrastructure, Technology, and Application) for integrated applications within an organization of equal or greater size.

    At least three (3) years of experience managing projects with organizational change management components, working with multiple stakeholder groups.

    Skills & Competencies:

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    Ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams.

    Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

    Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise systems architecture.

    Ability to adapt to dynamic and evolving project environments.
