ANG SIGNAL is looking for a Proposal Writer to support ANG SIGNAL proposal development work. The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing skills and have a background in technical writing. They will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the capacity to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Job Responsibilities
Analyze government RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs to determine proposal requirements.
Develop persuasive and compliant proposals that clearly outline win strategies.
Engage in all stages of the proposal process, including strategy planning, content development, internal reviews, production, submission, and performance analysis.
Collaborate with executive leadership to capture key concepts while ensuring consistency in messaging and tone.
Ensure that win themes and messaging are consistent and prominent throughout the proposal.
Edit and format proposals and other business development documents.
Assist in developing and maintaining a content library.
Perform additional technical writing and marketing tasks as needed.
Strategize on tools and methods to enhance efficiency and accuracy throughout the capture and proposal process.
Required Skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical proposal writer, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong understanding of federal and state procurement regulations, guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.
