    Konik is growing, and we need a Technical Recruiter to help us connect brilliant talent with leading engineering, manufacturing, and architecture firms.     What You'll Do:

    • Recruit & Engage – Identify and connect with top technical talent in engineering, manufacturing, and architecture using in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and texts.
    • Source & Build Networks – Leverage our extensive database, LinkedIn, resume platforms, and social media tools to find the right candidates.
    • Manage the Full Recruiting Cycle – Conduct interviews, coordinate hiring processes, present candidates to hiring managers, and negotiate salaries.
    • Lead & Generate Growth – Drive lead generation efforts for the sales team and contribute to company growth through individual and team projects.
    • Represent & Build Relationships – Meet candidates and clients in person, fostering long-term professional relationships.

    What You Bring:

    • 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience (staffing/recruiting firm experience required)
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technical, or related field (preferred, but not required)
    • Excellent communication & relationship-building skills—you enjoy meeting people, whether in-person, on video, or by phone
    • Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-driven—you love achieving results
    • Tech-savvy and resourceful—comfortable using digital tools for recruiting
    • Community-focused—passionate about making a positive impact
