    Full-Time

    Hours: 9:00AM - 6:00PM

    Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 (depending on experience)

    Responsibilities:

    • Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates for a variety of technical roles, including software engineers, system administrators, data scientists, and other technical positions.
    • Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and motivation.
    • Build and maintain a network of high-caliber technical professionals for current and future hiring needs.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements and team needs.
    • Craft and post compelling job descriptions that attract top-tier technical candidates.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Stay up to date on the latest trends in technical recruiting, as well as industry best practices.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role within the tech industry.
    • Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and software development methodologies.
    • Familiarity with various recruiting platforms.
    • Experience with sourcing and recruiting candidates for a variety of technical positions.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Ability to assess candidates' technical abilities and soft skills.
    • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
    • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience.
    • A passion for recruiting and a deep interest in the tech industry.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
    • Experience with high-volume recruiting or recruiting for niche technical roles.
    • Familiarity with HR tools, interview platforms, and recruitment marketing strategies.
