You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and utilize various sourcing techniques to find the best candidates in the market.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidate
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the roles
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future technical positions
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Vitol as an employer of choice
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and outcomes
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
