We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent in Government/DoD and Commercial sectors, including Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, Digital Forensics, Supply Chain, and Engineering. Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting – Source, screen, and secure top technical and engineering talent.
- Talent Pipeline Development – Build relationships with passive candidates and maintain a strong applicant pool.
- Employer Branding – Represent the company at industry events, universities, and on social media.
- Hiring Strategy & Consulting – Advise hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices.
- Data-Driven Recruitment – Track and optimize hiring metrics for efficiency and success.
- Process Improvement – Continuously refine recruitment workflows to enhance the candidate experience.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of recruitment experience in Government/DoD and Commercial sectors, with a focus on technical and engineering roles.
- Experience using ATS, HRIS, and sourcing tools (Unanet, iSolved, UKG, LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs).
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
