      What the Role Entails

      The following are detailed performance objectives for the Technical Sales Representative role. When measuring overall aptitude and cultural fit, all candidates will be benchmarked using these standards.

      Performance Objectives

      • 90 Days: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s processes, capabilities, and competitive advantages, as well as its current customer base and market landscape. Begin formulating sales strategies that align with this understanding to target key growth opportunities.
      • 180 Days: Establish strong relationships with existing customers and initiate engagement with new prospects. Generate qualified leads, start building rapport with potential clients, and work towards developing quotations and initial deals.
      • 365 Days: Achieve significant new revenue growth by successfully closing sales opportunities. Leverage a deep understanding of the company’s markets and supply chain dynamics to create strategic plans for expanding market share and identifying additional business opportunities.
