    Your Career

    We are looking for a Technical Specialist for DLP & SaaS who will support the Palo Alto Networks mission of improving security postures of organizations through the development of a range of security best practice products and services. This individual contributor role is responsible for the conceptualization, planning, development and execution of DLP & SaaS initiatives, while ensuring alignment to the objectives and priorities of Palo Alto Networks.

    Your Impact

    • You will understand and characterize the needs of Palo Alto Networks' customers, leading to the identification, prioritization and development of appropriate DLP & SaaS subscription levels, bundles and services
    • In coordination with the security services team, engineering and Palo Alto Leadership, you will assist in the development and deployment of DLP & SaaS offerings and services to ensure timeliness to market, technical field alignment and product quality to teams across the organization
    • You will monitor industry research and development efforts, as well as identify and help sponsor R&D that will provide details instrumental to the growth of the DLP & SaaS business
    • You will design, plan and help articulate technical use cases that enable and accelerate organization-wide strategic priorities
    • You will evangelize the value of our DLP & SaaS solutions through presentations and briefings to executives, key stakeholder groups, and key internal customers (core team, theaters, marketing, operations etc.)
    • You will effectively run demos and assist in the running of POC's to ensure customer success

    Your Experience

    • 5+ years experience in a technical cybersecurity role, coupled with strong knowledge of the internet security/security services product landscape and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and/or SaaS
    • Previous pre-sales experience
    • Prior VP/C-level customer engagement experience is preferred
    • Proven track record of leading complex analysis and driving clear prioritization and strategy
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills; must be comfortable interacting extensively with executive staff
    • Thrives in a matrixed, team environment anchored by our values of Collaboration, Disruption, Execution, Inclusion, and Integrity
    • Ability to travel (including internationally) as needed

    Compensation Disclosure

    The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be between $158000 - $255000/YR.
