    Job Description

    As a Presales D365 CE Architect, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience solutions. You will work closely with our sales consultants and technical teams to design and present cutting-edge solutions that meet our clients' business needs. Your expertise in D365 CE will be instrumental in winning new business and ensuring the successful implementation of our projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
    • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to identify client pain points and business objectives.
    • Lead presales engagements, including solution presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts.
    • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and focus on Field Service.
    • Experience with detailed solution architectures and implementation plans and strategies.
    • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams.
    • Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of Dynamics 365 CE and related Microsoft technologies and industry trends, including Power Platform, Azure, and AI-driven ERP enhancements.
    • Be diligent to identify additional opportunities for Microsoft services like Power Platform, Power Apps, and Data Modernization.
    • Support the sales cycle by preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, and participating in bid defenses.
    • Helpful to have Industry Experience in Manufacturing, Field Service, Energy, Health, and Life Sciences.

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales or consulting role, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
    • Strong understanding of Business Applications and business processes.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Proven track record of successful presales engagements.
    • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are a plus.

    Additional Information

    Base Salary Pay Range: $140,000 - $160,000 USD*

    *The current applicable Base Salary Pay Range for this role is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills relevant to the role, internal equity, alignment with market data, or other law.
