We are actively seeking a Technical Strategic Communications Analyst to join our DTO team in Arlington, Virginia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise within a dynamic and fast-paced organization.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Practitioner with Department of Defense (DoD) experience. In this role, you will assist with strategic communications and project management , focusing on data mapping , AI enablement , and readiness assessments. Success in this position requires a combination of technical acumen , strategic thinking , and strong communication skills to help our clients meet their mission objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and disseminate clear, concise, and compelling communication materials tailored to a variety of stakeholders.
• Assist in the creation of presentations, reports, and briefings for senior leadership and client meetings.
• Communicate the significance and benefits of data mapping to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Assist in identifying, collecting, and organizing relevant data sources for client projects.
• Develop materials that explain data mapping frameworks and methodologies in an accessible manner for non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy, and effectively communicate progress and findings to stakeholders.
• Create communication materials to explain AI initiatives and their integration into existing systems and processes, ensuring clarity for all parties involved.

This is an onsite position with the potential for partial hybrid schedules.

This position is full time, salaried, exempt.

This position requires candidates to be United States citizens, exclusively due to the mandated security clearance requirements associated with our federal contract

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of AI concepts and technologies.
• Excellent writing , communication , and presentation skills , with proficiency in PowerPoint and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong strategic , creative , and analytical thinking abilities.
• Must have or be able to obtain a security clearance up to the TOP SECRET level.

The incumbent of this position will be subject to a background investigation and will be required to maintain a Government granted security clearance.
