    What You’ll Do

    As our T echnical Support & Implementation Specialist, you’ll own and optimize the core implementation processes, systems and workflows that keep Clayful running efficiently. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to build and maintain efficient systems that enhance Clayful’s service delivery. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities, an effective communicator, and eager to contribute to a mission-focused organization.

    This role is highly collaborative and hands-on, with responsibilities including:

    Customer Implementation Support

    • Own the entire implementation process, ensuring timely and effective onboarding of Clayful’s product and services through all phases of the customer lifecycle.
    • Manage and track multiple implementations concurrently, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and meet the quality standards by managing priorities, risks, and escalations while adhering to project timelines and plans.
    • Document and coordinate tasks, including internal and external communication, customer status reporting, and project tracking.
    • Partner with Customer Success to design and deliver a smooth and successful customer journey from the day a customer signs up with Clayful throughout the entire implementation process and beyond.
    • Continuously improve implementation, introducing new or improving existing tools and practices to enhance efficiency and scalability.

    Data Management

    • Roster student and staff data into systems, maintaining precision, accuracy, and consistency.
    • Build and manage automations to move between systems to preserve data integrity while creating efficient workflows.
    • Build and optimize data and reporting using Salesforce and Google Sheets and integrate tools like Coefficient for dynamic data management.

    Project Management & Communication

    • Overcome project blockers with strong problem-solving and influencing skills, communicating about technical topics with both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Act as the first line of response for partner inquiries, troubleshooting issues with a sense of urgency and clarity.
    • Coordinate partner check-ins, emails, and follow-ups to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.

    Operational Excellence

    • Deeply embed yourself in the Clayful team to become an expert in current workflows, tooling, automation, and data collection to develop a clear assessment of their efficacy
    • Design and maintain workflows in tools like Zapier and Slack to automate processes and enhance team communication and effectiveness.
    • Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement scalable solutions.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to align processes with company goals and evolving priorities.

    Total compensation for this role is market competitive, with a base salary range of $52,000 - $71,500, healthcare coverage, paid time off, and a range of other benefits and perks.
