    Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

    Job Overview:

    Join our team at a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Fountain Valley as a Technical Support Specialist. This key role involves working directly with customers via incoming calls to troubleshoot our gate operating security systems. We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong customer service skills and technical aptitude to provide excellent support. You will play a pivotal role in resolving a wide range of hardware and software issues, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers. Beyond just troubleshooting, you will be at the forefront of providing expert guidance, problem-solving, and fostering positive customer relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Customer Support:

    Respond to customer inquiries via incoming calls, providing troubleshooting assistance for gate operators.

    Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

    Problem Resolution:

    Provide customers with a diagnosis and resolve technical issues related to their gate operators.

    Document customer issues and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.

    Product Knowledge:

    Stay updated on product knowledge and advancements in the gate operators and access control industry.

    Conduct training sessions for customers on system usage and best practices.

    Working Hours:

    Hours: 8:00 – 4:30, Monday – Friday (on-site in Fountain Valley)

    Occasional overtime may be required

    Experience:

    Gate operator experience (highly preferred)

    Experience is great, but we are happy to train
