Responsibilities: • Configure and deploy Point of Sale systems. • Troubleshoot technical issues related to Point of Sale systems for customers and provide timely resolution. • Collaborate with the development team to identify and address software bugs and glitches affecting the Point of Sale functionality. • Assist customers in setting up and configuring new Point of Sale systems according to their business needs. • Conduct training sessions for employees on how to use the Point of Sale system effectively and efficiently. • Document customer interactions and reported issues in the system for tracking and analysis purposes. Qualifications: • 2+ years of technical support experience. • Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, credit card terminals, and processing gateways. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • US Work Authorization. Compensation: $50,000 yearly
