Technical Support Specialist – Cincinnati, OH

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will oversee initial employee help desk requests, provide customer service and basic technical training to employees, and build relationships with third-party vendors to ensure repairs and maintenance happen in a timely fashion. Additionally, the Technical Support Specialist will provide support for any special IT-related projects such as policy/process changes, company-wide upgrades, and launching new programs.

We are looking for talented people with:

• An associate’s degree in IT or related field
• A minimum of one year of experience in a technical support position
• Strong customer service skills with demonstrated ability to show sensitivity to, and respect for, a diverse population
• Ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of software/hardware problems in a network environment
