Job Description
We are looking for an IT Support Technician. This person will assist internal and external contacts with basic technical support in-person as well as via phone, email, and chat. This job involves things like resetting passwords and basic troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support in-person and via phone, email, and chat.
Enter tickets into the system
Work tickets for resolution
Troubleshoot connections (wired and wireless)
Set up work area with correct equipment
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Advanced working knowledge of Windows and MAC OS
Basic working knowledge in Active Directory
Working knowledge of network cabling standards
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Previous tech support experience
Excellent communication skills
