    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Technical Training Analyst to support our Navy customer in the Norfolk, VA area. In this role, you will support a new mobile training initiative to teach shipboard network administrators the skills necessary to perform day-to-day duties.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Use various sources, such as help desk incidents, CASREPs, mariner interviews, and technical SME feedback, to identify mobile training target areas.
    • Assist with the creation and implementation of a mobile training methodology to be used by trainers onboard MSC ships.
    • Reconcile mobile training target areas with existing classroom, virtual, and vendor-supplied training, assess existing training for utility in a mobile training environment and identifying curriculum to be generated.
    • Review classroom and mobile training for effectiveness by creating and assessing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing feedback to instructors and curriculum developers.

    Required Skills/Qualifications

    • Must possess current IAT II or higher security certification in accordance with IAWF DoD 8570.01M and be able to get appropriate Computing Environment certification within 6 months of hire.
    • Must have 3 years or more of progressive experience as a technical trainer, training analyst, or data analyst.
    • Must travel to Navy ships, some of which are in shipyard environments and require PPE.
    • Must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
