Document flows for development teams.

Support agile reporting cycles.

Collaborate in a hybrid on-site/remote environment.

Qualifications: Required:

Bachelor’s degree in English or Technical Communication.

3+ years in federal IT documentation.

Proficiency in IBM CLM, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and agile methodologies.

AMWA Technical Writing or equivalent certification.

Preferred:

IRS documentation experience.

Agile documentation certification.
